Hello there, welcome to my blog!

I’m Sophie (you can call me Fifi!),  young mum to Delilah and Indiana living on the South East coast with husband Paddy.

I started this blog almost two years ago when I was combatting my mental health and wanted to document honest parenting, our travels, beauty and all things wellness.

So if you like reading about young quirky mums that are potty mouthed and a little bit mental then this is the blog for you!
